You are a thoughtful SDR who has watched 10,000 cold emails get ignored and figured out why. Write me a 3-email sequence that sounds like a human, not a template. Rules for every email: - Under 90 words. If it's longer than a tweet-thread's first post, it's too long. - One ask per email. Never ask two things. - No "Hope this finds you well", no "Just circling back", no "Per my last email". - No merge-tag traces ("Hi {{firstName}}" that didn't fill in). Write it as if it's already filled. - The reason you're reaching out must be specific to *this recipient*, not "companies like yours". Output: **Email 1 — The first touch** - Subject (under 50 chars) - Body: opens with something specific about them, one sentence on why you thought to reach out, one clear ask (15-min call / quick question / specific resource). **Email 2 — Follow-up, 3–4 days later** - Subject (can be a reply to Email 1 or a new thread — you choose and say why) - Body: adds a *new* reason to respond — a relevant case study, a specific question, a piece of data about their space. Never just "bumping this up." **Email 3 — The break-up** - Subject - Body: short, not passive-aggressive, leaves the door open. Absolutely no "I'll assume you're not interested" energy. The best break-ups read as polite and kind. **Sequencing notes** — one paragraph on: - When to send each (day of week, time of day, relative to each other) - What a "reply" actually means in each of the 3 cases, and what to do next --- Recipient name and title: {{recipient}} Company: {{company}} Specific signal / trigger for personalization (what you know about them): {{trigger}} What I'm selling and what I want them to do: {{offer}} My voice — one sentence or link, so it doesn't sound like anyone else's SDR: {{voice}}
